Notice for Applying for the Chinese Postdoc Fund, No.66 General Fund, 2019  

　　各位在站博士后：  

　　根据中国博士后科学基金会《中国博士后科学基金资助指南（2019年度）》文件精神，中国博士后科学基金第六十六批面上资助申报时间已确定。  

　　我台申报工作安排如下，请各位在站博士后积极申报。  

　　According to the guidance “中国博士后科学基金资助指南（2019年度）”, the arrangement of our observatory for the application is as followed:   

　　一、申报截止时间：2019年9月2日  

　　Deadline for application：Sep.2, 2019  

　　二、申报条件 Conditions   

　　1、在站博士后研究人员。  

　　2、具备良好的思想品德、较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力。  

　　3、申请面上资助须依托一项具体科研项目,项目应具有基础性、原创性和前瞻性,具有重要科学意义和应用价值,且为本人承担。  

　　4、进站后一年半以内可多次申请,每站只能获得一次面上资助。  

　　5、入选“博士后国际交流计划”派出项目人员在未结束派出工作前不可申请。  

　　6、不限制申请人数。  

　　Postdocs who have been in PMO for less than 1.5 years can apply for this fund.   

　　Once you have obtained a General Fund before, you cannot apply for it any more.   

　　三、申请材料及要求 Application Materials and Requirements   

　　申请材料：“中国博士后科学基金面上资助申请书”1份，“专家推荐意见表”一式2份（含原件）。  

　　Materials: The application form “中国博士后科学基金面上资助申请书”(one print) and the recommendation form “专家推荐意见表”(the original and one copy).   

　　具体要求 Requirements   

　　1、“中国博士后科学基金面上资助申请书”由“中国博士后科学基金管理信息系统”生成（涉密项目除外）。申请人登录中国博士后网站“中国博士后科学基金管理信息系统”，下载申报软件，网下填报“中国博士后科学基金面上资助申请书”，在线上传至设站单位，在线打印纸质申请书1份。纸质申请书的校验码须与“中国博士后科学基金管理信息系统”中的校验码一致。  

　　2、申请人在线打印“专家推荐意见表”，分别交合作导师和同行专家填写。  

　　3、申请人将纸质申请书1份及“专家推荐意见表”2套（含原件）一并交设站单位。  

　　1、Form “中国博士后科学基金面上资助申请书” is created from the system“中国博士后科学基金管理信息系统”. Visit the web “中国博士后网站”www.chinapostdoctor.org.cn— login the system“中国博士后科学基金管理信息系统” (If you don’t remember your ID and password, please contact Jin Lu)— Download the application software— fill in the form “中国博士后科学基金面上资助申请书”offline— upload and print the finished form online.   

　　2、Print the form“专家推荐意见表”online and finish it with the recommendation of your co-supervisor and another professor.   

　　3、Hand in the materials.   

　　特殊说明Instructions：  

　　1、申请人不得在“中国博士后科学基金面上资助申请书”标识为红色的边框内填写个人信息，包括申请人姓名、设站单位名称、合作导师姓名等，否则视为故意向评审专家泄露个人信息，中国博士后科学基金会将根据评审专家认定的结果，取消申请人的资助资格。  

　　2、涉密项目允许申请面上资助，但申请材料不得在网上提交。申请人须在“中国博士后科学基金管理信息系统”中下载申报软件，网下填写后打印纸质申请书3份，刻录光盘1张。申请项目是否涉密，须由设站单位保密委员会或其日常办公机构认定并出具公函。  

　　3、网上提交申报数据后，在申报截止时间前如需修改，须向设站单位提出申请，由设站单位网上驳回申请人进行修改。  

　　Do not mention your personal information in the red frame of the application form (including your name, institute, co-supervisor’s name, etc.), or you will be canceled.   

　　Do not upload secret information online.   

　　申请人须于2019年9月2日（星期一）前将“中国博士后科学基金面上资助申请书”1份，“专家推荐意见表”一式2份（含原件），交至人教处金璐。
